Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Juice Automation’s website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Juice Automation provides AI-powered revenue recovery systems for service businesses, including the $500 Revenue Audit, custom AI phone agents, automated lead follow-up, review automation, website builds, and ongoing management and optimization of the systems we deploy.
3. Payment terms
Setup fees are due before work begins. Monthly management fees are billed on the first of each month. All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified. Late payments may result in service suspension.
4. Cancellation
Monthly management plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may cancel your monthly management plan at any time. Upon cancellation, your AI phone agent, hosted website, and running automations will be turned off on your next billing date. Static assets built during your engagement (designs, copy, written content) remain yours to keep.
5. Never Miss a Call guarantee
If your AI phone agent does not book its target appointments in the first 30 days of a live engagement, we continue working at no additional monthly charge until it does. Maximum extension is 90 days (3 extra months). If we still cannot hit the target after that, we part ways and refund your most recent month. Setup fees are not refunded because the work was done. 6. Intellectual property
Custom automations and static assets built for your business are owned by you. Juice Automation retains ownership of proprietary tools, templates, and frameworks used in the delivery of services.
7. Limitation of liability
Juice Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
