1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Juice Automation’s website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Juice Automation provides AI workflow audits, concierge support, done-for-you automation buildouts, and managed AI operations for small businesses.
3. Payment terms
Setup fees are due before work begins. Monthly management fees are billed on the first of each month. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified. Late payments may result in service suspension.
4. Cancellation
Monthly management plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may cancel your monthly management plan at any time. Upon cancellation, your AI phone agent, hosted website, and running automations will be turned off on your next billing date. Static assets built during your engagement (designs, copy, written content) remain yours to keep.
5. Scoping, trials, and pricing
Scoping happens in a free call. The 7-Day Catch trial is free, runs on your real phone number, and is reversible: call forwarding can be turned off in minutes and your phones return to exactly how they were. Ongoing services are billed as a flat monthly (and, for custom builds, a one-time build fee), month to month, with no long-term contracts. Exact prices are quoted during the scoping call. If AI is not your best next step, we will tell you plainly.
6. Intellectual property
Custom automations and static assets built for your business are owned by you. Juice Automation retains ownership of proprietary tools, templates, and frameworks used in the delivery of services.
7. Limitation of liability
Juice Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
