I’m Justin. I build the systems myself.

My background is in automation engineering and applied AI. I spent years building custom systems for service businesses across dental, medspa, physio, real estate, and the trades. Every one of those businesses had the same story: they were leaking money in predictable, fixable ways, and they did not know where to start.

Juice Automation is what I built to make that fix repeatable. Every engagement I take on, I am personally involved in the audit, the build, and the ongoing optimization. I do not have a sales team. I do not hand off to junior engineers. If we work together, you work directly with me and the systems my team and I build.

I run the business out of British Columbia and work with clients across North America. When I am not building systems for clients, I am researching new AI capabilities, testing integration patterns, and keeping the Juice stack ahead of what generic agencies are doing.

Our mission

Fix the leak, not the faucet.

Most marketing agencies sell more leads. We think that is backwards. Most service businesses already have enough leads. The problem is that 20 to 80 percent of the leads they already paid for are dying silently in the gap between "they called" and "they booked."

Our approach is different. We do not generate new demand. We stop the demand you already have from slipping away. That is what we mean by revenue recovery. Our $500 Revenue Audit produces an 8-12 page PDF report with your exact missed-call rate, your actual follow-up rate on new leads, your real no-show rate, and a prioritized fix roadmap with expected recovery per fix. Plus a 30-minute review call to walk through the findings.

If you decide to hire us afterwards, we credit the $500 toward your setup fee. If you decide to fix things yourself or go with another vendor, you walk away with a report you can use. Either way, you leave with better information than you had before.

2. Build (1 to 2 weeks)

We design and deploy automations in priority order — highest ROI first. AI phone agent, follow-up sequences, reactivation, reviews. Trained on your practice. Integrated with your existing software. Training, testing, and handoff included.

3. Launch and monitor (ongoing)

We go live and watch everything 24/7. If an automation breaks at 2am, we fix it before you notice. If your AI phone agent does not hit its booking target in the first 30 days, we keep working free until it does — the Never Miss a Call guarantee.
