About Juice Automation
AI for small business, made practical.
Most owners already know AI could help. The messy part is the starting point. Juice exists to make that first step concrete: audit the business, find the workflows worth fixing first, and install simple systems that save time and tighten follow-up.

Meet the founder
I’m Justin. I build the systems myself.
My background is in automation engineering and applied AI. Across local service businesses, clinics, trades, and founder-led teams, the pattern is usually the same: too many manual handoffs, too many tools, and no clear way to decide what AI should fix first.
Juice is what I built to make that path repeatable. Every engagement starts with diagnosis, and only moves into a build when the workflow actually justifies it. There are no handoffs and no junior team: if we work together, you work directly with me, and I build and maintain the systems myself.

The approach
Start with the workflow, not the tool.
Most AI advice starts with software: buy this tool, install this chatbot, connect this automation. I think that is backwards. The expensive mistake is automating a workflow that is unclear, low-value, or not ready to be automated.
My approach starts with the business itself: where leads come from, how work moves, what gets repeated, what falls through the cracks, and where you lose time every week.
Once the workflow is clear, AI becomes much easier to use well. Sometimes the answer is a lightweight prompt and a checklist. Sometimes it is an automation. Sometimes it is a custom system. The audit decides the path before anyone pays for a build.
Why there is no price on this site
No price tag. On purpose.
An honest price depends on your business: how many calls you get, one location or three, whether I am catching your overflow or answering everything, and whether we are automating one task or five. A number on a website has to ignore all of that, so I do not put one here.
What I will put in writing: it is a flat monthly with no per-call overages and no contracts, the 7-day trial is free, and you hear the exact number in a 15-minute call. No sales process, no quote that needs three follow-up meetings. You show me the leak or the task, I tell you the price out loud, and you decide.
The same honesty applies to the work itself. Some things cannot be automated well, and I will tell you that for free rather than build you something that does not stick. Every system I do build reports its own work every week, in hours and dollars, so you never have to take my word for whether it is earning its keep.
Who I work with
Broad by design. Specific in execution.
Juice is not a chatbot shop or a single-industry agency. I work with owner-led small businesses wherever follow-up, scheduling, quoting, documents, inboxes, or reporting can be improved with practical AI systems. These are the patterns I see most often:
How I work
One step at a time. No long contracts.
The 7-Day Catch (free for 7 days)
We make a test call so you hear the AI answer as your business, then one small forwarding change sends only your missed calls to it for a week.
The Catch Report
At the end of the week you see every call it caught, what they wanted, and what it was worth. If it caught nothing, you lose nothing.
Keep it at founding terms (setup waived, flat monthly)
If the week paid for itself, the receptionist stays on. No per-call overages, no contracts, month to month, and you work directly with me.
Go deeper with Custom Systems
The boring work you do the same way every week, done by a system instead. You show me the task once, I tell you straight whether it can be automated, and every system reports the hours it gives you back.
Where I am
Based in British Columbia. Working across North America.
Juice Automation is a registered British Columbia business. Most of my early work is in the Lower Mainland, but everything runs remotely: I integrate with your existing tools, train your team over video calls, and deploy systems without ever needing to be in your office. An NDA is available on request.
